Wealth Protection & Capital Accumulation
For high-performing businesses and high-net-worth individuals, the traditional insurance market can feel like a penalty for success.
Modern business leaders are embracing alternative risk structures, such as Captive Insurance. By transitioning your corporate risk profile into a member-owned group captive or forming your own insurance company, you gain control over your premiums, retain underwriting profits, and protect your business against commercial market volatility.
When you treat your personal insurance services as a natural extension of a tightly managed corporate risk profile, you stop acting as a “policyholder” and evolve into an “insurance owner”.
The Dynamic Shield
UIG builds a data-informed defense by integrating modern risk intelligence and advanced risk modeling across your portfolio. To build a future-proof business and protect your personal assets, our risk mitigation strategies include:
- Implementing and leveraging smart telematics and GPS tracking installation to actively reduce accidents and improve your fleet’s risk score.
- Conducting data-driven loss control and safety audits to identify hidden vulnerabilities before they manifest as claims.
- Performing policy reviews and quality control checks to guarantee accurate premiums and eliminate coverage gaps.
These measures combat external threats, such as escalating verdict costs driven by social inflation., On the commercial side, this approach secures continuous MOD Score reduction to keep your commercial premiums low, freeing up massive personal capital for you and your family.
Improving EBITDA & Capital Accumulation
By implementing strict risk management, achieving lower operational claims, and gaining investment income on your own captive premium reserves, you improve your company’s EBITDA, long-term stability, and overall valuation.
Furthermore, specialized personal lines add an extra layer of structural protection to secure your personal cash flow and shield your future earnings from escalating legal settlements:
- High-Value Homeowners Insurance focuses on Guaranteed Replacement Cost alongside specialized scheduled personal property coverage for jewelry, fine art, and high-end renovations.
- Private Passenger Auto policies feature Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and agreed-value coverage for luxury and collector vehicles.
- Personal Umbrella Liability policies offer limits from $1M to $10M to extend protection over your home, auto, and secondary properties, effectively shielding your assets from catastrophic judgments.
To optimize these financial mechanics without administrative burdens, UIG uses advanced technical structures like the Protected Cell Captive (PCC). This “rent-a-captive” model isolates your risk, eliminating the overhead of a standalone entity while maximizing the release of personal capital to drive wealth and business growth.

Details on ATV’s Golf Carts, and Watercraft Policies
All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV)
These are quickly becoming a fast-growing hobby for adults and teenagers. The model and the horsepower of the ATV will dictate which policy will be written. Most insurance companies have a different set of rules for providing coverage for ATVs, depending on the vehicle type.
Golf Carts
These are a little tricky in the placement of the insurance. The key factor is whether or not the Golf Cart has a speed of over 25 miles per hour, how many passengers it can handle, and if it is street legal. That term lends itself to the question…does the Golf Cart have to be licensed as a vehicle. Some states have different rules than other states, so we just have to find out the applicable laws. We can write mono-line policies to cover Golf Carts which are becoming ever so popular.
Personal Watercraft
Boating is a wonderful past time that many people and families participate in to spend time on the water. When writing personal watercraft like jet skis, ski boats, or fishing vessels it is key to communicate the location of the harboring dock. Most insurance companies offer protection that covers you up to 75 miles from the U.S. coastline, and sometimes will limit coverage along the coastline below certain locations. The reason for this is essentially because of hurricanes.
There are two main coverages to the Boat policy. This is referred to as Protection & Liability for personal liability coverage. This provides coverage to other boaters and boat owners in the event you are in an at-fault accident on the water. Just like car insurance, this policy pays for Bodily Injury and Property damage that arises out of a boating accident.
The other coverage is Physical Damage / Hull Insurance for the boat that is listed on the policy. Actual cash value policies can make it difficult to replace a boat that has been stolen, destroyed by fire, or sunk from a bad storm. Therefore, it is best to write an Agreed Value policy which will give you a specified amount minus your deductible in the event of a total loss.
